Thomas Creek Brewery is a self contained brewing operation. We mill, mash, boil, transfer, ferment, filter, condition, bottle, label, box & palletize all in one place! We really have 2 active breweries, in one facility, with a total annual capacity of 10,000 Barrels. We have capabilities to brew on a small system for test brews, specialty batches and private label production runs. The majority of our beer is produced in the large brewhouse in volume runs.

We double filter most of our products to ensure you get crystal clear and delicious beers every time. Our 2 step process starts with a DE filtration followed by a plate frame filtration. We do produce some unfiltered beers as well. Our kegging and bottling lines are kept to the highest possible standards of cleanliness and sanitation for quality control, helping to guarantee that you get the freshest possible beers at your local store or pub.

We do not warehouse huge quantities of beer, your beer arrives at your favorite establishment as fresh as we can produce it. We want you to enjoy the best possible taste every time you open a Thomas Creek brew.
